  • DNS Management – We provide a hassle-free solution to oversee your domain settings, sparing you the intricacies of DNS management. We take care of all the technical complexities, ensuring the smooth operation of your website and email services.
  • Proactive Software Updates – We’re committed to keeping your website’s software up to date, bolstering its security and ensuring you have access to the latest features. Updating software can sometimes be complex, potentially leading to conflicts with other components on your website that may cause downtime. However, rest assured that we diligently perform research and due diligence, identifying and addressing any potential conflicts with plugins or core updates before proceeding with the update process.
  • Security – We have a 3 layer approach to security to make sure your website is locked down and stays that way. We use CloudFlare as our first line of defense making sure known hackers and suspicious locations do not have access to the website. Second, we install WordFence, hear it from them – “The WordFence Threat Intelligence Team continuously discovers new vulnerabilities in WordPress core, plugins, and themes. We immediately release new firewall rules that protect against these vulnerabilities, which are deployed in real-time to our paid customers providing the best available intrusion prevention for WordPress”. Lastly, we require 2 factor authentication for all administrators to the website.
  • Monitoring – We use Uptime Robot for website monitoring, which will send out an email and SMS if the website goes down. If your site happens to go down, expect us to notify you and us to already be working on a fix. If you never hear anything from us about monitoring, it means everything is running perfectly!
  • Backups – Once we push live, we will create a “day 1” backup that we store locally. We then install a backup plugin that will handle backups to safeguard your website’s data.

1 Hour Developer Time*

For our top two hosting plans, we offer a complimentary hour of developer time. These hours are credited to your account and can be used whenever you require updates or improvements to your site. Additional support hours beyond your chosen plan can be billed on your next month’s service fee, with prior approval, at an hourly rate.

What happens after I agree to your terms? Once you agree to our terms and select a hosting plan, we waive the fee for the first month while we optimize your domain. After the first month, you will receive monthly invoices, or you can opt for autopay.

How do I cancel, and what is your refund policy? To cancel, simply email [email protected] or call 949-433-8969 anytime with a 30-day notice. Your subscription will last for 30 days from your monthly billing cycle date.

Which plan is right for me? The plan that suits you depends on the level of support you need. We offer flexible pricing to accommodate most situations. Whether you have a single-page website or an e-commerce store with frequent updates, we have a plan that fits.

Do you handle e-commerce websites? Absolutely! E-commerce sites have unique needs, and we’re experienced in addressing them. From credit card processing to security and integration with fulfillment systems, we’ve got you covered.

Can you fix my hacked site and prevent it from happening again? In most cases, we can fix hacked websites, depending on the extent of the damage. We also implement robust security measures to protect your site from future attacks.

What are your support hours? Our support team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 am to 7 pm MST. We also offer emergency support 24/7.

How many requests can I send in each month? You can send as many requests as needed. Questions are typically free to answer, and work requests are limited only by the support time included in your account.
